Central District Headquarters Guidelines
|Property will be used to:
1. Store CDSDA items to be used during square dance events (backdrops, etc.).
2. Store historical files used for reference.
3. Store CDSDA equipment.
4. Work area for committees (Central District or Central District Clubs).
5. Meetings of Square Dance organizations and Boards within Central District.
Scheduling must be done at least 30 days in advance through the Social Secretary. Hall may be scheduled for one (1) year, January 1 through December 31. Scheduling done on first-come, first-serve basis, however, groups currently using Bowlware Hall have first priority.
Security Code is changed at random and should be received from the Social Secretary or CD President before entering the building.
Clubs or groups using Bowlware Hall shall deposit $25.00 (Twenty-five Dollars) clean-up fee with the CD Treasurer. Fee shall be held in reserve, to be returned to club or group, if each time Bowlware Hall is used club or group has cleaned up after themselves. Cleanup shall include putting away chairs, emptying and cleaning coffee pots & pitchers used, and carrying away trash. Bowlware Hall shall not be used for personal profit and monies collected while using the Hall shall be for general treasury of the club or for treasury of the CDSDA.
Clubs may use equipment such as copier and computer by making arrangements with CD officer. CD officer will stay with club using equipment until they are ready to leave the computer room. Copies are five (5) cents each and we furnish the paper. If you wish to use colored paper, you must furnish your own and cost is three (3) cents per copy. (Copy is only one side of paper. If both sides are used, this is considered two (2) copies).
